UConn Dairy Bar

The UConn Dairy Bar was established in 1953 to sell dairy products produced by the Department of Animal Science's Creamery. Almost three quarters of a century later, it still offers extraordinary ice cream and other products made from the milk of UConn's award-winning dairy herd.
